How It Works

Pick a time slot

Choose a date and time on our booking calendar. We ask for 12 hours' notice, or book the same day if a spot is open.

We set up the loft

Tables and chairs are ready before you arrive, and the food table is set up on request.

Enjoy your gathering

Bring outside food and non-alcoholic drinks, or order from our café downstairs.

We handle take down

Take-down happens after your reservation ends. No cleanup to worry about.

The Space

Size & capacity

Approximately 560 square feet of seating area, with a maximum of 24 guests.

Getting to the loft

Enter through the ground-floor entrance, where a visible staircase leads up to the loft. The café is on the ground floor beneath the loft. Please note: the loft is not wheelchair accessible.

Restrooms

Two wheelchair-accessible restrooms are located downstairs on the ground floor.

Food & drinks

Your guests can order food and beverage items from our Cafe on the main floor. Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages are also welcome.

HOURS

Reservations are available during business hours only, with the last reservation ending at 4:00 PM.

How far in advance do I need to book?

We ask for 12 hours' notice. Same-day bookings are possible when a time slot is still open on the booking calendar.

When is payment due?

Payment is due at the time of booking.

What does the loft include?

Tables, chairs, a dedicated food table (upon request), a Bluetooth-connected TV, Wi-Fi, and a curtain you can close for privacy.

What do setup and take-down look like?

We'll have the space set up for you before you arrive. Take-down happens after your reservation ends.

Can I have specialty drinks for my event?

Yes. Events with specialty drinks must be booked at least one week in advance. Reach out to hello@thewhiskersociety.com to inquire about this add-on and our Cafe Manager will work with you.

Can we bring outside food and drinks?

Yes, outside food and non-alcoholic beverages are welcome.

Can our guests visit the Cat Lounge?

Lounge visits are first come, first served alongside our regular lounge guests, and visits before or after your loft reservation are 25% off. Private Cat Lounge access can be added for an additional fee.

How many guests can the loft hold?

24 guest maximum.

Where are the restrooms?

Downstairs. We have two wheelchair-accessible restrooms on the ground floor.

How do guests get to the loft?

The ground-floor entrance has a visible staircase that leads up to the loft. The cafe is on the ground floor, beneath the loft. Please note: the loft is not wheelchair accessible.

Cancellation Policy

Cancel at least 12 hours before your reservation for a full refund by calling

Cancellations made within 12 hours of your reservation, and no-shows, are non-refundable. Those payments are kept as a contribution to our Cat Lounge non-profit.
